Shipping Options
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within two business days of being placed.
Due to our dealer agreements, some items are not eligible for shipping.
We do not ship bikes; in-store pickup only.
Shipping Fees
Items will be subject to shipping and handling charges based on size and/or weight.
Items are usually shipped via UPS Ground or USPS and a tracking number will be provided if applicable.
We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products.
Most orders will be ready within one business day.
Bike orders are typically ready for pickup within three days, but processing time may vary.
We will contact you in the event of an unexpected delay.
Special order items are typically ready for pickup within two weeks, but processing time may vary.
Special order bicycles will require additional processing time for assembly.
We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The remaining payment balance will be refunded within 3 business days.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information. Please note that any bicycle return will be handled on a case-by-case basis, according to the policy outlined below.
Returns
Parts and Accessories
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the original purchase amount within 5 business days of having received your return. All returned items must meet the following criteria:
New, unused items must include all original packaging
Include original receipt, order confirmation or online order number
Returned items will be shipped at the customer’s expense(we do not accept CODs).
Bicycles
All bicycle orders must receive prior written approval before being returned and are subject to the following criteria:
All bicycles being shipped must be professionally packed prior to shipping.

Defective Items
Defective items require prior written approval before being returned and a refund is issued. Any returned merchandise that appears used will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs for damaged or incorrect merchandise will be refunded to the customer in full within 5 business days upon receipt of the item.
Labor and Other Service Fees
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
